Sage cloud doesn't offer electronic data extraction and import

Sage one payroll - how do we get support? The people on chat only have generic responses and there is music ans messages on 0 ********** . When we finally got support after 3 hours we were told that data can't be extracted electronically from Sage One Payroll and be reloaded into a different cycle. Cloud based solution, but everything manually. Really guys. This is pathetic.
