Sage Cloud Business Accounting-slippery slope to huge loss.

Sadly - there should be a '0' star rating here. We went through these issues last year, they changed the banking system, it was a disaster, then now, we have been down for 2 days, companies cannot exist like this. We pay our subscription fees, of course - there is no clear feedback or contact when there is down time. We simply find out for ourselves, then complain on Sage City which is an equally useless platform. Time to move along, Xero here we come!
