Sage Cloud accounting offline for over a week.
Sage Cloud Accounting been unusable for over a week now, yet we are still receiving notices to renew subscription, so the revenue collection side of the software seems to be working fine. Will we be getting a credit for the downtime?

Your reply is typical corporate damage control speak and very insensitive to the frustration experienced by many small businesses, as can be seen by the deluge of complaints on Hellopeter and other online forums. To add insult to injury, Sage management has the audacity to suspend services when the subscription is due, notwithstanding the fact that we have been offline for almost 2 weeks. I have been using Sage (Pastel) accounting products for over 20 years, but this episode has forced me to seriously consider moving to an alternative platform at the end of this financial year.
Kind regards
Mark
