Sage Business Online Payroll Incorrect Billing

I have been trying for months to sort a billing query on the Sage Business Payroll, Sage bills you incorrectly and then you contact them and they don't assist or take their time. I have been on a billing query for months now I think a year and still not sorted and they tell you that you have 30days they cant give you credit. To get hold of someone to assist is a battle and they get back to you after weeks.

This company and their service is the worst, I think must just cut ties with them and look for another company that take their clients serious.
