Sage Business Cloud constant degraded performance

Worst Cloud based accounting software ever.

I have been using Sage Business cloud in my business now for almost 6 years, and the frustrations keep piling, there is weekly degraded performance, frustrating staff and customers alike, as we are many times not able to send quotations, invoices and statement on time due to degraded performance on the sage system, What makes it worse is that it is almost impossible to report an issue on the site, instead you are stuck with bots and endless how to manuals. This is negatively affecting my business reputation, and will be moving to a solution that Xero has to offer, apparently way less frustrating.
