Sage Bank Feed Reference Numbers

Sage Accounting used to be amazing. Then Sage did an "upgrade" of sorts 3 years ago. Since then nothing has worked 100%. My biggest issue for the past years has been the reference numbers from the automatic bank feeds. Automatic bank feeds are there to save the user of the software time. When the bank feeds pull in a long duplicate description as a reference number, and the user must manually change these, it defeats the purpose and renders the automatic bank feed functionality useless. Sage has been aware of this problem for three years and they simply choose not to respond to any questions about it. Customer service never gets back to me. It has been three years and every year the service from Sage is worse. If they don't plan on fixing this issue, then tell us, the customers, and we can go elsewhere. Literally all other accounting software has this functionality that Sage decided to take away from their offering, so just tell us and we can take our business elsewhere.
