Sage Atrocious Service

Sage Accounting has been debiting me for years for a service I NEVER subscribed to. I have been trying to cancel it & the ONLY person able to assist me is Tamsin van Rooyen who never responds to e-mails or calls. I was again debited end of May. I cannot get joy from this company that hides behind phone calls & keeps me holding until I eventually put down. I get promised return call but it never happens
