Sage Alchemex support is shockingly bad

SAGE ALCHEMEX has to be the most useless company when it comes to support. The contact number is ***. I have spent more than three hours in multiple calls being bounced around the organisation for support on the product, Sage Intelligence or Alchemex. There is no one in the organisation that knows anything. The product is good, but the support service is shockingly bad
