Sage Accounting- Unable to process refunds

Sage Accounting erroneously ran a charge to my credit card, after I had cancelled a subscription. Receiving a refund has been the most difficult process experience, but worst of all 3 months later, they still have not been able to process a refund. Lost of promises but no action.
