Sage Accounting support seems to be non-existent

I want to downgrade my Sage Accounting package to single user. On Sage's registration page downgrading is not an option so I resorted to emailing Support requesting support a downgrade. Three days and three emails later, I've received nothing but a reference number (IR***) and a promise of assistance. Today I received an email reminding me: Your Accounting subscription expires today.
