Sage Accounting - Stay way if you value your business.

This company provides the worst service and customer care that I have ever come across. There have been periods where their clouds systems have been unavailable for almost a month and recently the system has been unstable on a daily basis. Senior management will not even respond to customers begging for them to deliver on the most basic services to keep out business running. Load shedding, riots etc are nothing compared to the impact the dismal service from Sage has on our small businesses. Thankfully all my businesses are moving to competitor platforms.
