Sage Accounting POOR show!!!!

Trying to get a valid NPC to qualify for a NPC discount from Sage - what a joke. Been going in circles since - wait for it.... 24 May 2022 I have sent the CIPC documents, SARS documents, declarations, but they keep declining it because this new Kitty Rescue does not have a website. Certainly, a website cannot be the be all and end all to verify a NPC is valid?? I am the NPC' s accountant with about 20 other client s on my profile, yet I cannot get this resolved, unless I get my client to get a website? I have requested a call back and alternative official ways of verifying the NPC and the contact person for the NPC - may I also mention that she is also a paying SAGE client. Sio we must pay someone to do a website and a hosting fee - to get a R 150 discount per month, Im flabbergasted at the fact that no one can return a call and think about another official way to verify a NPC. The money we spend with these big companies, but getting a small NPC discount is impossible
