SAGE Accounting - Off line AGAIN. Worst support ever.

Sage Accounting has been done more often than I can count, over the past year, and not one word of apology, or anything from their management. They seem to have numerous server issues which affects thousands of us small to medium businesses in South Africa. It is absolutely ridiculous. Today is the second day in a row - with zero support. Don't try and call them either - impossible. Their Online Chat is useless too. What annoys me is that they offer no discount to cover the cost of additional expenses incurred as a result of their lack of service. I find myself working late at night in an effort to process VAT payments on time, and all the other financial tasks required to operate a business. If I could deduct star ratings, I would. 1 star is far too generous.
