Sage Accounting is disgraceful

Sage Accounting has been offline for six days. Many businesses use this to generate invoices, statements, process accounts and do VAT submissions.

Small businesses cannot generate invoices so they do not get paid. Businesses cannot submit VAT (the deadline is Monday) and will be liable for penalties imposed by SARS.

Accounting firms will not get paid this month because they cannot work.

This after you cancelled all bank feeds last year without any notification.

SIX DAYS! And not a word about a credit for fees.

Worst business in South Africa. Disgraceful
