Sage Accounting Africa renewals - poor slow inefficient service

Hi, This a complaint, When we purchased Sage Accounting for our DRC pathology laboratory almost 5 years ago, their was no indication that the DRC was a sanctioned country and every year it would become an issue to get a licence renewal, aside numerous emails and different reference numbers (eg.HD***0) for a matter that takes more than a month to be recitified, Main member is a South African who owns 80% shareholding of Laboratorie Medical Deeservices (Sage Serial No. NDAA***), we submitted same information last year. I marked the matter as urgent yet neither Nance Silvano (who dealt with same comliance last year) nor Colleen Nyoni seemed to understand "urgent". As of tomorrow morning the software will expire and the Lab adminstration section will have to come to a halt. Since now that Sage does not want to with DRC please refund our money we will get a new accounting package. In the last 3 years of renewal only one Sage employee last year understood concept of urgent and client service.
