Rude Imbecile of Sage Pastel Accounting Bryan

I just spoke to a gentlemen at the enquiries dpt with the name of Bryan (my customer account number 104889) who really behaved like a hooligan on the phone while I was seeking for technical support regarding a add on module. He was rude and talking over me the whole time not even pausing to listen me. He then got frustrated and threw the phone down in my down in my hear whilst I was still talking. He is disgusting to state the least and his behavior is none other than disturbing.
