REGISTER PASTEL WITH DIFFICULTY, IF NOT IMPOSSIBLE!!!

Hallo All,

Struggling with Pastel registration? Well, this is a serious issue. One can't operate Pastel without registration!!??? I have been told by support that I have not registered for v18??!! I have a base serial number. I have paid for this. He tried to steam roller me that I did not pay???!!! When he eventually believed me, I could register my product!!! How bad is that? We also have been told by our customers that if we didn't submit our invoices we will be forfeiting our hard earned money!!! The reason for this is that they are closing their books for the financial year and have a cut-off time!!! The problem, also, is that all our customer database and our inventory lists are locked up in Pastel. Pastel is not suitable for the small business owner and NOT USER FRIENDLY...!!!
