POOR SERVICE!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

ACC W24418 CONTACT NUMBER: *** (TERESA) I wanted to use my Sage Payroll as I do every day. All of a Sudden it says account has been closed and I need to contact Support. I contacted Support and all that happened was they told me to speak to accounts. This is unacceptable as I am very busy and need assistance. I could not get hold of accounts so nothing happened. I then contacted Support on e-mail where Credit Control rep**** on mail asking someone to assist on the 25th of September 2019. Still nothing has been done. I need to do the companies PAYE Report and still cannot log in. This is Poor Service.
