Poor service from Sage accounting

Sage accounting has not been working properly for over a month now. We cannot get any help from them. Spoke to support and they gave me a 7 day extension before renewal but the next morning they took the renewal premium. Still cannot do bank feeds but have to pay month month. What a disapointment.
