Poor service from Pastel
Support is not available ever: when ever I phone in, I have to listen to a voice saying "We are experiencing higher than normal call volumes " . They are very quick to take my money every month which I pay for support BUT NO SUPPORT IS AVAILABLE !!!!!!! REALLY **** SERVICE !!!!!!! ONLY A MONEY MAKING RACKET !!!!!!
