POOR SERVICE DELIVERY SAGE PASTEL

Poor service delivery. Our annual business 3 station Padtel Accountimg package licence became due. Price for annual licence R6700. Per annum. We asked to pay monthly and it was agreed buy Sage Padtel. We can see that we have been. Renewed but we cant access our accounting package because NO CODE WAS GIVEN to us to update out Accounting Package. We have called them several times this week.NO REPLY when you get to the department you need to assist you the telephone line gets cut off. We have also Emailed them NO RESPONSE.
