POOR SERVICE!

so Sage apparently has this free demo trial for their software. firstly, its a nightmare for a non technically inclined person to do this. there are system requirements etc<br> <br> i then get the software downloaded and create a username and password. i then get logged into the wrong demo. i speak to support, who seem to be in their own world. i was transferred from pillar to post without even getting remotely close to trying out the demo!!!<br> <br> really sad people!!<br>
