Please just help us allocate our payment so that we can work on the program or give us our money back.

I seriously do not know where else to go, to get a reply from them. I've suggested to all of my clients to use this service because I thought it was the best. Then when our annual registration needed to be done, we've paid what it showed, with the reference that it showed and it's one month later and nobody reply to our emails, answer our calls.

We did however had one person, Brenda who tried to help us, but it was only an extension until the payment was allocated. But now we can still not work and there is no one who replies to our emails. We can't send out quotes to get clients ect. At this stage I think that suggesting Sage to my client were the biggest mistake ever.
