Pathetic! Useless! *********** Sage for Pastel

It is more than 2 months since I downgraded my service with Sage. They immediately disconnected the unwanted services but continue to debit my account with the full service fee. Multiple Calls (their call centre is completely useless and after several calls of 30min or more of holding, you still can't speak to a human. Their voice message has remained the same for years "we are experiencing high call volume" ! Joke! Too tight to pay for support staff but they will take your money. Multiple emails and multiple online call logs and still no-one bothers to update beyond the original call centre agent advising it will be dealt with. It all disappears into a BIG BLACK HOLE of apathy
