Pathetic Support - Look for anyone else before choosing Sage

Absolutely ********** support - All I needed was a new renewal code, I'm still holding 1 hour later after speaking to 3 people.

The support staff don't know the location of forms on the cloud system, which makes contacting them useless.

The online chat function just tells you they cant be of assistance because they don't have licence.
