Pathetic service

I am paying for 3 companies on the Sage Accounting system. I have experienced a problem where I cannot choose the bank account to link it to the system on one of the companies and on the other 2 the last bank update that the Sage system done was on 05 May 2021. Myself together with my Accountant has referred this to Sage on 26 May and have been in contact with Katherine Naidoo and Nicci Meth and to date no assistance has been given despite the fact that I have informed them that I cannot be paid by my clients due to the fact that I cannot send them statements. Katherine has failed to keep to agreed times to call me, I had to provide screen shots of the same thing more than once, she underestimate the intelligence of my accountant by providing general info just to get us of her back. I am TOTALLY unhappy about the unprofessional conduct of the Sage employees and their failure to assist me and or my Accountant!! The system should work and is is not I will forward all email communication upon request
