Pathetic Service!

Paid an annual amount for my Sage Payroll. Kept receiving monthly billing invoices which I was told to ignore. Now they have cancelled my subscription 'due to non payment'. I have send emails that have not been responded to. For a company in the business of accounting software packages you cannot even manage your own billing!!! I have been on the phone for sometime today. Spoke to a consultant who meant to help then transferred me back to oblivion now I have to listen to a quote from General Charles De Gaul, my his soul rest in peace!
