Pathetic Service

I have repeatedly queried my ALF renewal NO response except to send payment demands! Tried calling if answered calls are dropped. Tried on line chat no agent ever answers! After almost 2 decades as a Sage VAR and customer I am seriously disappointed. How the mighty have fallen. Pathetic service. So this is how customer loyalty is rewarded. Sheer arrogance from a major player in the market. I'm actively searching for alternatives.
