Pathetic online down for more than a week - SAGE online one wonders if worth it

One star is not even right . This last week we have had no accessibility from system to do any accounting and as the general business out there run on accounting systems this is a vital system to not be down . One pays alot for system and then guaranteed access online and to not have this seems poor . People very fast to complain about service but what about what one needs to deliver service if that is down no one cares or understands the delays . . I expect some relief as paying customer and communication on what one can do . This is not a cheap system . Get it right .
