Pathetic Billing Service
I ordered payslips and paid for them in cash. However, the invoice was debited on my account. I have sent several queries and this was never addressed.
When I moved from SAGE Pastel to VIP, I was told that the consulting fee is R765 per hour. However, I was charged R1020. Both amounts exclude Vat.
Can this billing issues be sorted out ASAP.
