PATHETIC !

UTTERLY PATHETIC SERVICE. They do not answer phone calls - Ive been on hold for 30 minutes now! They do not reply to emails! They cannot sort out a simple account query! I am definitely not one to complain about things but you guys take the cake ! I am so damn sorry i ever signed up with your payroll system in the first place.
