PATHETIC

I had a query and contacted the help desk/reception for some reason I got put through to Yolanda Franks from which department I don't know.

Who had the audacity to tell me she doesn't deal with clients and their problems and put down the phone after giving her name to me.

I tried calling back to speak to her superior after dealing with my query.
