PASTEL SUPPORT SLOWER THEN A 100 YEAR OLD RUNNING THE COMRADES.
Im getting tired of waiting over 42minutes for someone to answer the phone and help me with my query. Your " we are experiencing higher then normal call volumes" - seems incorrect. THIS IS EVERYDAY AT EVERYTIME.
Hire more staff, pick up your customer support satisfaction.
