Pastel fails AGAIN!!!

After over 5 hours of problems with Pastel yesterday and numerous times when the phone was just put down when the consultant couldn't resolve the problem we still sit with the same problems. This morning we cant even log in to Pastel!!!!!!!! HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO RUN A BUSINESS WITH SUCH SHOCKING HELP. If Pastel sends out a technician I have to pay for it???? Pastel made this mess in the first place. HELP!!!
