Pastel Accounting Support Is non existent

I have been trying for two days to get through on pastel accountings landlines nationwide. All you get is "subscriber not available" my business has come to a complete standstill. I cannot work on pastel due to the vat increase. I cannot get hold of pastel on phone and mail, and the worst is, I have a debit order going of my account every month for pastel support.
