Ongoing Deductions without authority
I am being billed an amount of R29.00 without any such authority being granted by me. On making enquiries with Sage Pay, I was informed that the deductions were for Sirius Call Centre. I have never heard of such an organisation. The contact details provided by Sage do not appear to be valid. It seems Sirius is a ghost company who thrives on enriching themselves on unauthorized deductions. I am also not the only hopeless victim. These deductions go back to January 2015. Please provide valid contact information so that I can make an effort to firstly stop these deductions, and secondly demand a refund!!!
