Not wanting new business from existing clients

I am an existing user of Pastel Buying a base package at R370 but selling the same package to existing users for the amount of R 475 per month - My opinion is that it is cheaper to ***** from existing clients by over charging them than to provide the same service to existing clients than what they are offering to new clients.
