Non payment of referral commission

Sage Pastel has promised that my referral commission +- R3 600 be paid out to me at the end of March, for a sale finalized on the 3rd March - they have received the monies in February and they are sitting on the money. <br> It is now the 10th April and despite their undertaking to pay me out this is not happening and the contact person (Ilze Botha) does not know what to tell me anymore because I am at the mercy of the financial manager who must push the button. I am so incredibly annoyed.
