Non-existent customer service!

We have been using Sage for 3 years now. The customer service is absolutely shocking! When you try to sort out an issue you can't get through on the help line. If eventually you do get through things seem to be sorted out but in reality, nothing happens! I have sent many emails for which I get a ticket number but still nothing happens. I am busy researching a new option as I can't carry on working with such dismal service. It seems like they could not care less as I see that they never respond to any of their bad reviews!
