Non exisitent Customer Service & broken online accounting system

Emails sent to *** are not answered, over 24 hours and still no reply.

Recurring invoices for the 1st of the month are still not generated after 2 days into the month by SAGE Accounting and the online chat option works but the consultant is unable to assist, this is a technical problem with your servers and clearly you are not willing to increase the capacity of your servers but are happy to raise prices each year. You need to invest money in the service you provide which is clearly not happening.
