No Support from Sage Accounting

I have been using their accounting software for a few years. My problem is that there is little to no support from this crowd. I had their system change all the dates on my current year. The audit trail shows did not record the change. I used their online help desk but when the operator realized there was a real problem from their side, he terminated the session. Its useless trying to phone them. I did email the help desk also, received a automated reply but that was a week ago. with no one following up.
