No support at all- Need to cancel

We recently signed up with sage and now have a problem with our invoicing section on sage which brought our company to a standstill. We read all the articles online, videos etc and could not find a solution and then started to contact the sage team via different channels. There have been no support at all from Sage SA. It is now dragging for more than 4 weeks and we need to cancel and go back to our old manual "cave man" system, but at least it worked.

Please conciser alternatives when looking for a good accounting system with an actual support team.
