No support

I have a customer that is having issues with evolution. Sage advised me to uninstall evolution and reinstall. However I am getting errors and sage just tells me to ignore this error. I told them the uninstaller terminates after error and the software just doesn't uninstall. They just keep telling me to ignore the errors and uninstall. They are not getting the fact that the software isn't uninstalling. I need someone to contact me urgently and not someone from Level 1 support which clearly isn't in the mood to do her job. I also want to log a complaint against the support agent that is assisting me.

My customer is paying a lot for this package every year and Sage has offers no support.
