NO SERVICE

<p>I am doing payrolls for clients of mine. I then realised that Pastel haven't updated their lookup tables for the Electrical Bargaining Council. I have called for a query on 4 August 2017 regarding this. Francois Keulder from Pastell Payroll support promised me to look into it and solve it the same day. On 7 August I have received an email with him requesting more informtaion since then no response on my emails nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then on Thursday 10 August I have spoken to Thandiwe Khoza to whom I resend all the information again and the same no response. I am paying the lisence and support fees every year in time, and this is the service I receive. My client which give me an income want to cancel the contract due to the wrong information on Pastels system.</p> <p> </p> <p>CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP.</p>
