No one ever responds

I've been trying to cancel my monthly subscription for way too long just to get no response, not via email even though I got a delivery and read reports, not via the online "contact us" on several occasions, not even the "Rate our service" at log out complaints nothing nada niks, not a word , but when I signed up , you guys were more than eager to assist with any and everything. So in a 3rd and final attempt I'm resorted to complain here with the hopes of getting service, service that I'm still paying for due to your negligence to provide a service to your paying customer. So contact me your customer!!!
