Hello Claudie Thank you so much for your efforts to help me out on the entry level Pastel once off... I find that with Pastel/Sage there is no customer service unless you are an ongoing license payer ... I find this disgraceful that they charge so much for their programs and yet are not willing to give customer service to others: I am now instructed to pay R445 per 30mins of assistance... not ethical Please let me have your feedback... the manageress before you was quite willing to assist me with problems, so I think HO management should be approached for a customer friendly policy Regards Lynne
