MOST UNPROFESSIONAL - NO ONE CARES TO ANSWER E-MAILS OR SORT THE PROBLEM

For 5 years, I have been requesting the refund of a credit balance, on one of my accounts.

I am besides myself, as NO ONE in the Organization, seems to answer any of my e-mails. Being sent from one to another...!
