Misled by Sales Consultant

I have signed up for Pastel Payroll in February 2019. The monthly payable amount was +-R660. The sales consultant informed me that they had a special running and the first deduction will only be in April. Therefore no deductions in March.

In March they did deduct the first payment. After mails back and forth with the sales consultant, the money was still not refunded after she acknowledged that there was a mistake on their side.
