Minus 5 Stars for poor service.

Product OK but service is beyond atrocious. Annual renewal is a nightmare. You have to phone to get it right and phoning Sage is something I do not wish on my biggest enemy. You get punted from pillar to post before you get to the right person. Then the call quality is so poor that you have to call again. 2 Hours and going. If I could give minus 5 Stars on Hellopeter I would. And complaining does not help. Poor service is in the company DNA. I am only doing this review to vent my frustrations.
