License fee dispute

Your bad admin is holding up my wage run. You have withdrawn my 30 April license expiry date because you are not able to correctly allocate a payment. Then to top it all the invoice value on the invoice is different from the invoice value on the statement you sent me!! I am highly annoyed with you and will be looking at alternative service providers.
